How IteMode Verify handles your account and activation data.
What we collect
Your email address, wallet balance and ledger, the numbers you order with their service and country, received verification codes, deposit invoices, API request logs and basic session details such as device and IP for security.
Why we collect it
To deliver numbers and codes, keep your wallet accurate, refund failed activations, prevent abuse and answer your support tickets.
Verification codes
Codes are only stored so you can read them in your activation history. They are tied to your account and never shared with other customers.
Payments
Crypto and Binance Pay deposits are settled on-chain or by the payment provider. We store the invoice, amount, network and reference — never your wallet keys or exchange credentials.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with the infrastructure and number suppliers required to fulfil an order, or when legally required.
Retention and deletion
Operational records are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed for accounting and abuse prevention. Open a support ticket to request account deletion; residual financial records may be retained where the law requires it.
Your controls
You can edit your profile, change your password, review active sessions, revoke API keys and manage notification preferences from your settings at any time.
